How This all
Started...
One day when I was just 7 years old I was looking through YouTube videos and I came across someone pitching a softball and I was immediately intrigued. I asked my dad to bring me across the street from our house to a softball field so I could give it a try. The first few pitches I threw were strikes and I looked at my dad and said “I can do this.”
From that point on I applied myself wholeheartedly to the craft of pitching and I never looked back. What I enjoy most about pitching is the challenge and strategy behind it. Although I have always thrown at a high velocity for my age, my biggest strength is the amount of spin I can put on the ball and my accuracy.
My approach to pitching has been quality over quantity, often taking a year to perfect a pitch and learning how to locate it before moving on to another. I currently throw a 4-seam, a nasty 2-seam, a curve, screwball, drop, change up, and I’m working on a rise ball.
I’m known for having great control and command and for pitching into outs.

I Thrive
Under Pressure
I’ve pitched in a lot of high pressure games with success going all the way back to 10u when I helped my team reach the semi-finals in nationals.
In the following years I went on to win a USSSA Direct Invite all American Championship in Florida and back-to-back NJ State Championships at 12u and 14u.
One of my most memorable games was out-pitching a NJ Pride player who was a freshman in high school to advance in states when I was just a 7th grader.
My Pitching Instructor...
Has become one of my closest friends and biggest supporters in my softball journey. Akilah Mouzon, is a former NJ Pride player and Division 1 pitcher at the University of Illinois. We have worked together weekly for the past 5 years and she has become like family.
Shout out to my Dad who has been my catcher and also my coach for the past 6 years. He has taught me to play all sports with confidence, aggression and passion.
One of my favorite memories of working with them both is when I had set a goal for myself to throw 50mph by age 10. I was able to hit that speed and more the night before my birthday during one of our training sessions.

Hitting...
Although I’m a dominant pitcher, I also take pride in my abilities as a hitter. For the past several seasons I’ve become known for being a high-contact hitter who rarely strikes out. I've posted a consistent batting average above .350 for the past three years both in club and school ball. I usually bat first or second in the lineup and I am known for being disruptive on the bases. I am also a confident bunter and a big believer in small ball. I take private hitting lessons with Steve Kania at BB Grand Slam in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
